"Best Kaldereta ever! Pair it with their atchara — chef’s kiss! Try it with their well-done scrambled eggs too, such a perfect combo! The Spicy Gambas is also a must-try — so flavorful and satisfying! And don’t miss their drinks! My favorite is the Dirty Mocha — you can really taste the rich cacao while my sister loves the Melbourne Fog and Kalma. The staff are very welcoming and make the experience even better! Our go-to spot in One Ayala Cozy vibes, great food, and always a feel-good place to be!"
"There was an outlet for me to plug in my laptop, but for whatever reason, this café did NOT have WiFi‼ What?! Why not?! In this day and age, providing customers with WiFi is pretty standard. I was quite disappointed. Thankfully, my sister based here in Manila lent me her 2nd phone so that I was able to take advantage of her personal hot spot. The Decaf Café Mocha which I ordered, and the regular Café Mocha which my sister savored (both used Davao Tablea chocolate) were delicious. So was the Pan de Sal biscotti with the Davao (chocolate) Tablea dip…scrumptious. The Pan de Sal biscotti was crunchy and yet not too stiff to bite into (unlike regular biscotti which must be dipped in a hot drink to soften it). I’d like to recommend that the Panco Café owners reconsider providing WiFi to their customers to make this place a true workplace for busy executives who need a plug-in outlet, excellent coffee, scrumptious Filipino food, and the WiFi we need to do amazing work. Also, one waiter (Gab) got easily distracted. I asked him for my bill and he got flagged down by a couple of customers, which resulted in him not fulfilling my request. Thus, I had to ask a female waitress Bella (again) for my bill, which she promptly fulfilled."
"Panco Cafe is a nice and cozy cafe. My go to cafe when I want to eat good food and enjoy some drink and dessert. I personally like their brisket, Australian roasted beef, turon, and Kalma (Kalamansi-Matcha) drink. I loved it, I even searched it in Melbourne when I visited there. Lol. As it turned out, its only their coffee that was inspired from Melbourne’s Specialty Coffee culture (which is actually good, as they say, a real coffee). People who work here are very nice especially Gab (from One Ayala branch) who assisted us during our visit. They are very attentive and helpful. I hope the business owner sees them and gives them credit and good incentives for their good service. I’ll keep coming back! You should try too."
"This is our second time eating here. Boyfriend loves the char siu pork belly. I personally love Kalma drink. Thank you to Anne for taking care of us. Love the service!!!"
"We ordered 1) Pacific salmon- tasted good! But I wish the salad is on a separate dish so the dressing would not mix with the mashed potato.. 2) Inasal, melbourne style- LOVE it! 3) Pandesal w/ butter, jam and egg- Love it! 4) Hot honey kalamansi- As a tita, I would come back for this! Thank you for their wonderful staff!"
"Surprised that service was good. As soon as we were seated, glasses of cold ice water were provided immediately without request. Environment appeared clean and inviting. Staff was fast and polite. Kent was helpful and willing to help in every way. The savory chicken special inasal and smoked mackerel Manila styles were properly portioned for us (we arent heavy eaters, but not light either). Credit card accepted. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly."
"I love the food here specially their Tinapa pasta, their Ube drink, ube cake omg it's a must try. I love tuna Salpicao! Service is great! We got there before their opening time. The Host allowed us to sit while they formally open the store. Served cold water and warm lemonade. We love the ambiance, chic and hip! It brings good vibes specially you are eating good food with your favorite persons."
"Unfortunately wasn’t able to take note of our table server’s name but he was awesome and very accommodating! He looks very happy in what he does and was even eager in suggesting what we should get to the point of deciding for us na. Trust him! Our experience was the best because of his recommendations. We had cheesy kaldereta and breakfast brisket! For our drinks, hot choco, single origin coffee (Kenyan beans), and ube pinipig. The Panco’s kakanin was a pleasant surprise! I would love to go back to try Kalma and other food! The ambiance is great - low volume music - providing a good space to talk and catch up with friends and family. Sooooo pleasant! My sisters loved it too! We hope to be back soon! Thank you to the hardworking staff. They made all of these happen :) (wish i took more photos)"
